What is IR2101 Chip?

 The IR2101 is a high-voltage, high-speed half-bridge driver integrated circuit from International Rectifier (Infineon Technologies). It is designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in half-bridge configurations, making it suitable for various applications in power electronics, including motor control, DC-DC converters, and power inverters.   

Key Features:
