If the insulation resistance value is low, it means that the insulation material may be aging or damaged.


3. Test Signal Transmission 

Connect an audio signal generator to the primary coil of the transformer and an oscilloscope to the secondary coil. Observe the waveforms of the input and output signals. Under normal circumstances, the waveform of the output signal should be consistent with the input signal and the amplitude should be consistent with the turns ratio of the transformer. If the output signal is distorted or the amplitude is abnormal, the transformer may be faulty.


4. Test impedance matching 

Connect the load resistor to the secondary coil of the transformer and measure the impedance at the input. Under normal conditions, the impedance at the input should match the design value of the transformer. If the impedance is abnormal, the impedance matching function of the transformer may fail.
